So, if you’ve read my “About Me” section of my website and my last couple of blog posts, then you know by now that I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. You may also be wondering what the big difference is between hiring a health coach (me, for example!), and just, I don’t know…Googling and researching health and wellness information on your own? Great question! Why? Because investing in your health and wellness is a big decision, and you should know why the investment you’d be making in health coaching is significantly better, both short and long-term, than trying to piece together and interpret about a million different viewpoints you’d find online.  

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching is for you if:

  • You are ready once and for all to make a life-changing and long-term investment towards living a healthier, more vibrant life.
  • You acknowledge the importance of looking at all the various aspects of your life to create a holistic wellness plan.
  • You feel confused and overwhelmed by the sheer amount of health information available now, and have no idea where to start when it comes to sorting through it all.
  • You are tired of trying lots of different and time-consuming approaches on your own without someone to help you decide which approach truly works for you and is worth your time and energy.
  • You desire to create the consistency that will lead to lasting change, which is exactly what a personalized six month program will provide.
  • You prefer the individualized guidance that a six month program offers over short-term bits and pieces of information you may find elsewhere.
  • You feel healthy and happy, but know that you want to take your life and wellness to the next level.
  • You don’t feel healthy and happy, and know you need to make a change.
